Generate UI files for Portenta H7 HDMI using Squareline Studio

Normally I use tft_espi with boards like esp32 and ili9341, but what should be done for a HDMI display with Portenta H7 using Squareline Studio?

If you can already render a simple label on the Portenta H7 HDMI display, the hard part is done.

From there, just build your UI and call ui_init() in your app.
