Recommendations about hardware to run LVGL

I’m searching for hardware recommendations to run LVGL smoothly.

I’ve found the esp32-s3 to propose from
15$

to
~42$

(with Waveshare 7" screen)

But I don’t know about lvgl support.and screen FPS rate.

Is there some recommandation for best price per performance with 7" touch screen (capacitive?) while having ease of developements ? I want to use LVGL 9.4

What do you use for daily developement and experimentations ?

Here is another ESP32-S3 board, checkout the benchmark summary to get an idea of how LVGL performs on this board

Viewe and Waveshare both have great displays to run LVGL. Just mind that for displays in the range around 7 inch, ESP32-S3 might not run it smoothly with high FPS.

I found less issues and faster response times using a ESP32-S3 N16R8 with 2.54mm Expansion Board -Gold Edition ESP32 Development Board - 16MB Flash, 8MB PSRAM. Granted it is $27.99 UAD but well worth the price.
