More features of gpu

1、GPU rendering images stm32 and rt1052 are supported
2、Image rotation
3、blend image
Currently using rt1052 to achieve printf demo fps is slightly lower, widget demo animation speed is basically 40-60FPS

Currently the STM32 ChromART accelerator is supported directly. Support for other GPUs can be added using the GPU callbacks in the display driver structure. I recommend that you consult the documentation for information on what image transformations are supported.
