I recently purchased an ESP32-2432S028R-WROOM module with a 2.8-inch LCD touchscreen from your store. However, I am experiencing an issue with the module. After pressing the “Boot” button on the device, the screen has gone black, and I am unable to upload any new code to the module.
I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including resetting the module and checking the connections, but the problem persists. It seems that the module might be stuck in boot mode and is not responding as expected.
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? If the module is faulty, I would like to know the process for returning or replacing it.
