LVGL board with Ethernet

Hi,

I am looking for a 7" capacitive touch screen board with ethernet. There some boards out there but they come easily at a price tag of 250 euro or more. Perhaps there is a way to add ethernet to an esp32 LVGL board, but I prefer a single board with all components. Also, if someone could share a design, this would be appreciated.
