Lv_binding_js used to run lvgl on Windows 11?

I see there is https://github.com/lvgl/lv_binding_js and this allows using React’s virtual DOM to manipulate LVGL UI.
Can I use this binding to run LVGL UI on a MS windows 11 PC?
Getting a modern development of UI in react-like style?
