I use Peek gif recorder.
Looks nice. What to you use then to crop recorded image exactly to window area? GIMP?
For me, Peek’s window snaps to the window under it as I resize Peek.
But usually, I set Peeks’s window a few pixels smaller than the area to record. E.g. the gif you linked above has 479x317resolution.
