Deriving a minimum application from spi_lcd_touch_example

Build an application that write some lines, points, test a slider, display some text.
I got the spi-lcd-touch example working (can build it, flash and run it on the target under Vscode/ESP-32)

Parallel to the project I created a new project, which contains the following main.c:

When I build the project, app_main is missing. Also I don’t know how to put lvl_examples.h into an includes directory rather than into the toplevel.

I’m not sure whether I have the right components in managed_components. The example spi_lcd_touch demo seems to refer a lot of freertos stuff.
