Cannot Get Touch to register in my code

I have no idea what to do and my_touchpad_read() looks like not called at all (Code copied bellow).

I Use XPT2046_Touchscreen libary made by Paul Stoffregen and Adafruit GFX(ILI9381) for writing the buffer because i had issues with TFT_eSPI.

I like to work with real humans instead of some AI slop-nonsense.

 *Be sure to read the docs here: https://docs.lvgl.io/master/get-started/platforms/arduino.html */

#include <lvgl.h>
#include <Adafruit_ILI9341.h>
#include <XPT2046_Touchscreen.h>

/*To use the built-in examples and demos of LVGL uncomment the includes below respectively.
 *You also need to copy `lvgl/examples` to `lvgl/src/examples`. Similarly for the demos `lvgl/demos` to `lvgl/src/demos`.
 Note that the `lv_examples` library is for LVGL v7 and you shouldn't install it for this version (since LVGL v8)
 as the examples and demos are now part of the main LVGL library. */

I fixed it by adding:

the code i shared up is debugging code btw, so it is kinda botched to see what it does.

void loop()
{
    lv_timer_handler(); /* let the GUI do its work */
    delay(5);
    lv_tick_inc(5); //here
}
