Official SwiftUI like declarative wrapper for LVGL

JavaScript/React support would be another option to make LVGL significantly easer to use but the current React binding is unofficial and unmaintained. It also would be nice if it supported low power devices without Linux.

Microcontroller support for lvgljs

It would be helpful to have a version of lvgljs that can run on microcontrollers without Linux. This would make it much easier for web developers to get started with embedded devices.
