Ili9341 micropython driver requires defining LV_COLOR_DEPTH=16 ？

i have setted LV_CFLAGS="-DLV_COLOR_DEPTH=16 -DLV_COLOR_16_SWAP=1" when i
compile lv_micropython。
how to solve the question? thanks
