Best way to manage a large list of objects

I have a large list of custom objects, around 200, that have nested objects in them with a few labels and a small image. I’ve allocated enough space for the objects, but they take too long to create when you enter their page, around 5s, even without the image.
Without writing my own list loader that creates objects when they are visible, and deletes them when not visible, is there anything in LVGL meant to handle this?
I am on V8.3 running on a simulator.
